Quick Overview

A pretty big Animutation / Image Animation that I have been working on in Scratch! This uses a pretty complex animutation engine (which I made in PenguinMod) to allow me to seek through the animation instead of the normal way of watching through the entire thing only to get to that part you wanted to edit. This makes animutating A LOT EASIER!!

Updates

Hello everyone! I decided to not clutter the Updates page with my Dandelion related updates by posting about those right here! This will be updated regularly to reflect on my current progress for my Dandelion animation. Which I am still pretty hard at work right now!

As for progress itself. It's still going alright

My work tends to focus on a few random scenes. Adding in some parts here and there, and all that stuff

Although since I am now more busy with Bingus Mode. I have been getting less time to work in Dandelion. That and the fact that I have been working on this for almost a YEAR now is starting to take a toll on me

I actually decided to record my current progress to see how far I actually am from finishing. And well... Let's just say...

Out of all the 89 (supposed) scenes for this animutation. I have only confidently finished 33 of them (If you include the partially completed scenes. It's 63). And I also have to factor in the secret scenes which I still have not yet added in (Yeah this is gonna be a pretty packed animutation)

Another huge problem is the size. I am currently sitting at a whopping 7271 blocks with a total project.json size of 13MB. For context, the maximum size for a project.json file allowed to be posted on Scratch is 5 MB. If I want to actually post this on Scratch, I will have to do some major compression. So when the animutation releases. Expect it to first be posted here in this webpage

Overall. Things are looking pretty grim for me. But I am not going to throw away any of this yet! I promise that I will at least try and complete this even if this means missing out on the deadline! (If you are wondering, it's December 19). I will finish this however long it takes!!!

And I just want to mention that this is one of the more simpler scenes in this animutation. A lot of the complex ones uses a bunch of math, offset lists, hell, even POINTERS! All this adding up to the 7271 blocks that I just mentioned (And this isn't even complete, imaging the completed code :shivers:)
